Terms and Conditions
1. Scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions (the “Terms“) apply to the online sale of admission tickets
to Park Nordica, Parkveien 1, 7892 Trones, Norway, via the Park Nordica online shop
(https://parknordica.axess.shop/nb/Products/Tickets/) (“Online Shop“).
The Terms supplement the instructions provided on-site and visitor regulations of Park Nordica
which must be adhered to by you at all times.
The Online Shop is operated by Axess AG in its capacity as the supplier of the online shop
system. Our approved and secure payment provider is NETS AS.
These Terms do not alter our obligations or your rights that follows pursuant to preceptive
consumer protection laws and provisions.
2. The parties and responsibilities
The admission tickets to Park Nordica are sold by the operator of Park Nordica, Nordisk Opplevelse AS, a company operating under the laws of Norway, org.no.: 935 112 761 (in the following referred to as “we“, “us” or “Nordisk Opplevelse”). The person placing a booking of
admission ticket(s) via the Online Shop is in the following referred to as “you” or “the
customer“.
Our payment provider, NETS AS, is responsible for the secure processing of credit and debit card
numbers and security codes in compliance with the requirements of the Payment Card Industry
Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).
In order to place an order, you must be at least 18 years old.
Please note, when you are placing an order on behalf of a group, of which you yourself is a
member, you confirm upon placement of such order that you have legal capacity to conclude
such order on behalf of the members of the group. Further, you are responsible to ensure that
the members of the group are made acquainted with the rights and obligations pursuant to these
Terms.
3. Ordering process and conclusion of agreement
You are responsible for filling the booking documents with accurate information and requisite
details, such as admission date, personal details as well as other essential booking details.
By making a booking, you agree and confirm that you are of the appropriate age.
The order is completed once the customer finishes the online booking process by confirming
payment.
Placement of an order constitute a binding offer to Nordisk Opplevelse to conclude an
agreement. The agreement is concluded and binding upon acceptance of your order by Nordisk
Opplevelse by means of an order confirmation. Acceptance occurs immediately after successful
payment within the booking process. The order confirmation, along with the admission tickets
to Park Nordica, will be forwarded to you for download and/or digital storage to the email
address provided by you during the ordering process.
Irrespective of the above, the agreement is not binding if the information available through the
Online Shop consists of misprints and this was or should have been clear to you.
4. Prices and payment methods
- All prices are in NOK (Norwegian kroner)
- Prices include all taxes and fees
- Full payment is required at checkout
All prices available in the Online Shop are quoted in NOK (Norwegian kroner).
The price stated upon selection of the relevant admission ticket, and prior confirming payment, is the total price payable by you.
The price stated for the tickets includes all taxes and any additional costs.
Discounted tickets (such as child) require proof of eligibility upon entry.
Tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and resale is prohibited, cf. also sections 6 and 7 below.
Full payment for the admission ticket(s) will be charged following placement of your order.
Payment is possible via the payment methods offered in the Online Shop checkout. NETS AS is
our approved and secure payment provider and allows you to pay with credit or debit card.
Credit card payments may require authentication via 3-D Secure procedures.
5. Tickets – delivery and redemption
5.1 Delivery
Tickets are delivered digitally as PDFs via email. No physical tickets are sent.
5.2 Redemption of printed tickets
Tickets purchased via the Online Shop are provided as a PDF via email and can be printed or stored and presented digitally on a smartphone or tablet (online tickets). No physical tickets are sent by post.
5.3 Redemption of digital tickets
Tickets stored on smartphones or tablets, or similar electronic device, must be clearly readable when presented at the entrance of Park Nordica. Only readable and valid tickets grant access.
5.4 Validity
Each [name of the ticket in the shop, e.g. (One-day ticket)] entitles the holder to a one-time entry on the specified visit date and within the stated time window. After that, the ticket expires whether used or not.
Each season ticket entitles the holder unlimited access to Park Nordica for the season specified on the season ticket. Admission for season ticket holders is based on a first-come, first-served basis. In the unlikely situation of Park Nordica reaching full capacity, we reserve the right to close its gates. Closure due to full capacity is a safety precaution that is exercised in the public interest.
6. Prohibition of resale
Tickets available at the Online Shop may only be purchased for private use. Commercial resale or public offering (e.g. via online marketplaces) is prohibited.
We reserve the right to refuse entrance to Park Nordica if the admission tickets are purchased via the Online Shop and resold through the above mentioned channels.
7. Cancellation, loss, withdrawal
Cancellation, changes and refund of tickets is excluded. Unused tickets are not subject to any refunds.
The right of withdrawal pursuant to the Cancellation Act does not apply for purchase and bookings of leisure activities etc. booked for a specific date or specific time frame, cf. the Cancellation Act section 22, first paragraph, m.
8. Force Majeure
Nordisk Opplevelse shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond Nordisk Opplevelse reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, fire, flood, war, acts of terrorism, governmental orders or restrictions, strikes, lockouts, power outages, or epidemics/pandemics. In such circumstances, we reserve the right to close facilities, limit access,
or cancel any events without refund, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
9. Health and Safety
We may implement health and safety measures applicable at the time of visit. Visitors are obliged to comply with such measures. Entry is at the visitor’s own risk.
You are responsible for abiding with any safety instructions and visitor regulations provided to you, including but not limited to those communicated through warning signs or by relevant personnel. It is the responsibility of the customer to follow these instructions diligently to ensure your safety and the safety of others.
If you violate any such instructions provided on site or as set out in our visitor regulations you may be ejected from Park Nordica without prior notice and without any refunds. Nordisk Opplevelse shall not be responsible for any loss, damage or personal injury due to a failure to comply with such safety instructions.
10. Privacy
You are required to provide full and accurate details in the form when placing an order for us to process your order and perform our obligations under the agreement.
Personal information provided by you will be used for facilitating your order of admission ticket(s).

11. Complaints and disputes
If you are not satisfied with ordering process, the issuance and/or redemption of admission tickets or similar complaints relating to purchases made through the Online Shop, please direct any complaint notice by using the contact details below in section 13. Such notice shall be
provided without undue delay and in no event later than 60 days from the date of occurrence of such event giving rise to such claim or compliant. If such complaint notice is not submitted within the stated time limit, we cannot be held liable and you forfeit your right to any refunds, price cut or similar.
Any disputes between you and Nordisk Opplevelse will be sought settled amicably.
If we fail to reach an amicable solution you may contact and file a complaint with the Norwegian Consumer Authority (www.forbrukertilsynet.no).
Further, complaints can also be submitted via EU's Online Dispute Resolution portal, if you are a consumer with residence in another EU-country. A complaint can be submitted here: http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
These Terms and any disputes arising out of them are governed by the laws of Norway.
12. Miscellaneous
If individual clauses are invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. Place of jurisdiction is the registered seat of Nordisk Opplevelse, insofar as legally permissible.
